| RECIPE FOR KADJU BADUN (DEVILED CASHEWNUTS) |

Ingredients:
| 225.00 | g | Cashewnuts | | 0.50 | ts | Paprika | | 0.50 | ts | Turmeric | | 0.50 | ts | Salt | | 1.00 | ts | Water | | 250.00 | ml | Oil | | 1.00 | ts | Chilli powder |
Instructions: Mix the cashewnuts, paprika, turmeric, salt and water together in a bowl and allow to stand for 1 hour.
Heat the oil and deep fry the cashewnuts until evenly browned.
Remove from the oil, drain well and place on serving dish.
Sprinkle with chilli powder and mix well.
