| RECIPE FOR EGGS IN RED PEPPER SAUCE |
Title: Eggs In Red Pepper Sauce
Serves: 44
Ingredients:
| 1.00 | tb | Chopped onion | | | Butter for frying | | 1.00 | c | Stock | | 1.00 | ts | Crushed red pepper | | 0.50 | ts | Laos powder if available | | 1.00 | | Clove of garlic | | 1.00 | c | Coconut milk | | 1.00 | | Salt to taste | | 0.50 | ts | Paprika | | 4.00 | | Hard boiled eggs |
Instructions:
Saute the chopped onion and garlic in the butter.
Add the other ingredients (except the eggs) and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
Add the eggs and continue cooking and stirring for 3 minutes.
Remove from the heat and halve the eggs, then serve hot.
