Title: Cold Spinach Dip Serves: 4
Ingredients:
| 1.00 | pk | Spinach * | | 1.00 | c | Water Chestnuts ** | | 1.00 | pk | Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix | | 1.00 | c | Mayonnaise | | 8.00 | oz | Sour Cream |
Instructions: * Spinach should be cooked, chopped and drained.
** Water chestnuts should be chopped and drained.
Mix all ingredients and place in a sealed container.
Refrigerate for 2 days.
Serve on crackers.
