RECIPE FOR CANTONESE MEAT BALLS
Title: Cantonese Meat Balls

Ingredients:
1.00lbGround beef
0.25cMinced onions
1.00tsSalt
1.00tsPepper
0.50cMilk
0.25cSugar
1.50tbCornstarch
1.00cPineapple juice
0.25cVinegar
1.00tsSoy sauce
1.00tbButter
1.00cSliced celery
0.50cSliced pepper
0.50cSlivered almonds, sauteed

Instructions:
Form 20 small meatballs of combined beef, onions, salt, pepper, and milk.
Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes.
Combine sugar and cornstarch; mix in liquids and add butter.
Cook on low heat until clear, stirring constantly.
Add vegetables and heat gently 5 minutes.
Place meatballs on a bed of cooked rice, top with sauce and sprinkle with almonds.
