Ingredients:
| 1.00 | c | Tomatoes; cut up (16 oz.) | | 1.00 | c | Tomato paste; (6 oz.) | | 3.00 | c | Chicken; cubbed, cooked | | 1.00 | pk | Frozen succotash | | | Or 1 pkg. frozen okra;slice | | 1.00 | c | Onions; chopped | | 1.00 | | Bay leaf | | 1.00 | ts | Salt | | 0.50 | ts | Rosemary;dried, crushed | | 0.50 | ts | Pepper | | 1.00 | ds | Ground cloves | | 2.50 | c | Chicken broth |
Instructions: In Crockpot, stir together UNDRAINED tomatoes and tomato paste.
Add chicken, FROZEN succotash or sliced okra, onion, bay leaf, salt, rosemary, pepper and cloves.
Stir in chicken broth.
Cover; cook on low heat setting for 5 to 6 hours.
Before serving, remove bay leaf and stir well.
Makes 6 servings.
