| RECIPE FOR CREAM OF ZUCCHINI SOUP |
Title: Cream Of Zucchini Soup

Ingredients:
| 1.00 | lg | Onion, chopped | | 0.25 | c | Butter | | 3.00 | c | Chicken broth | | 6.00 | md | Zucchini, diced | | 1.00 | tb | Parsley, chopped | | 0.25 | ts | Thyme leaves | | | Salt | | | Pepper | | 1.50 | c | Half-and-half | | 1.00 | c | Dry white wine |
Instructions:
Saute onion in butter until soft.
Add broth, zucchini, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper.
Simmer 10 minutes, or until zucchini is softened.
Puree in blender.
Return to pan, add half-and-half and wine and heat through.
