Ingredients:
| 1.50 | lb | Ground beef, chicken, or | | | turkey | | 2.00 | c | Water | | 1.00 | tb | Chili powder | | 1.00 | tb | Curry powder | | 3.00 | | Diced tomatoes | | 4.00 | c | Cooked kidney beans or | | | pinto beans | | 1.00 | | Chopped onion | | 1.00 | | Bunch sliced green onions | | 1.50 | c | Grated natural sharp | | | cheese, or mild cheddar | | | cheese |
Instructions: In a frying pan, saute meat until lightly browned.
POur off drippings.
Add water, chili, and curry powder; simmer 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and beans; heat through.
Stir inonions.
Ladle into serving bowls and sprinkle on cheese.
