| RECIPE FOR BAKER'S CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES |

Ingredients:
| 2.25 | c | All-purpose flour | | 1.00 | ts | Vanilla | | 1.00 | ts | Baking soda | | 2.00 | | Eggs | | 0.50 | ts | Salt | | 1.00 | c | Coarsely chopped nuts (opt) | | 1.00 | c | (2 sticks) | | 12.00 | oz | Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips | | | Softened butter or margarine | | 0.75 | c | Firmly packed brown sugar | | 0.75 | c | Granulated sugar |
Instructions:
Mix flour with baking soda and salt; set aside.
Beat butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs until light and fluffy.
Blend in flour mixture.
Stir in nuts and chips.
Drop from teaspoon, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes about 6 dozen.
