| RECIPE FOR STIR-FRIED ZUCCHINI AND JICAMA |

Ingredients:
| 1.00 | md | Zucchini (about 1/2 pound) | | 0.50 | | Pound jicama | | 1.00 | tb | Vegetable oil | | 1.00 | ts | Sesame oil | | 1.00 | tb | Sesame seed | | 1.00 | | Cl Garlic, finely chopped | | 1.00 | ts | Salt. |
Instructions: Prepare zucchini as directed - except cut into julienne strips.
Pare jicama and cut into julienne strips.
Heat wok or 12-inch skillet until 1 or 2 drops of water bubble and skitter when sprinkled in wok.
Add vegetable oil and sesame oil.
Rotate wok to coat side.
Add sesame seed and garlic.
Stir-fry 30 seconds.
Add zucchini and jicama.
Stir-fry 2 minutes.
Stir in salt.
4 SERVINGS; 75 CALORIES PER SERVING.
