| RECIPE FOR MACAROON ICE CREAM DELIGHT |

Ingredients:
| 2.00 | lb | Almond macaroons (fresh | | | Moist, mound type) | | 0.50 | ga | Natural vanilla ice | | | Cream | | 3.00 | oz | Bourbon |
Instructions: Delicious crunchy ice cream.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Crumble macaroons by hand onto 2 large cookie sheets.
Bake in a 400 oven for 10 minutes until golden brown, tossing occasionally.
Let cool.
Melt ice cream to a semi-soft consistency.
Place ice cream in a large bowl.
Add macaroon crumbs and mix thoroughly.
Add bourbon and mix thoroughly.
Refreeze mixture immediately in two 1/2-gallon containers.
Serve frozen.
