Ingredients:
| 4.00 | | Poached eggs | | 0.50 | pk | (17-1/4-ounce size) frozen | | | Puff pastry, thawed | | 1.00 | pk | (10 ounces) frozen chopped | | | Spinach, thawed and | | | thorougly Drained | | 1.00 | pk | (2.5 ounces) thinly sliced | | | Fully smoked ham | | 4.00 | ts | Dijon mustard | | 4.00 | sl | Process american or swiss | | | Cheese |
Instructions: Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Prepare Poached Eggs - except cook 3 minutes; drain thoroughly.
Roll pastry into rectangle, 18 X 10 inches, on lightly floured surface.
Cut into 4 rectangles, 10 X 4-1/2 inches.
Layer spinach, ham, mustard, egg and cheese on one end of each rectangle to within 1/2-inch of edge.
Fold pastry over cheese.
Fold edges of pastry, pinching firmly to seal.
Bake 15 minutes or until pastry is puffed and deep golden brown.
4 SERVINGS; 510 CALORIES PER SERVING.
