| 0.75 | c | Margarine or butter | | 1.50 | c | Chopped celery | | | (with leaves) | | 0.75 | c | Finely chopped onion | | 9.00 | c | Soft corn bread cubes | | 1.00 | ts | Salt | | 0.50 | ts | Ground sage | | 1.50 | ts | Chopped fresh or | | 0.50 | ts | Dried thyme leaves | | 0.25 | ts | Pepper |
Instructions: Heat margarine in Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Cook celery and onion in margarine about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
5 CUPS STUFFING; 395 CALORIES PER 1/2 CUP.
