RECIPE FOR CHICKEN LIVERS W-GLAZED APPLES
Title: Chicken Livers W-glazed Apples

Ingredients:
1.00Pound chicken livers, each
Half or into fourths
3.00Green onions (with tops), sl
2.00tbMargarine or butter
0.50tsSalt
2.00mdCooking apples, each cored
And cut into eighths
0.25cPacked brown sugar

Instructions:
Chicken Livers with Glazed Apples.
Cook chicken livers and onions in margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until livers are brown.
Sprinkle with salt.
Push to one side of skillet.
Place apples in skillet.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Cook uncovered over medium heat about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender and glazed.
Serve sauce over livers.
Garnish with sliced green onion tops if desired.
4 SERVINGS; 205 CALORIES PER SERVING.
