| 1.00 | | 8-inch unbaked pie shell | | 0.50 | c | Butter | | 1.33 | c | Sugar | | 2.00 | tb | Flour | | 3.00 | lg | Eggs | | 0.50 | c | Buttermilk | | 2.00 | tb | Vanilla |
Instructions:
Similar to chess pie with a nice custardy taste.
Melt butter.
Stir in sugar and flour.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Add buttermilk and vanilla, blend well and pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until set.
Cool before serving.
