| 0.50 | | Recipe beet fettuccine or | | 6.00 | | Ounces uncooked fettuccine | | 0.33 | c | Sour cream | | 0.25 | c | Milk | | 2.00 | tb | Grated parmesan cheese | | 0.12 | ts | Pepper | | 1.00 | | Green onion (with top), | | | Thinly sliced | | 1.00 | tb | Caviar |
Instructions:
The color of caviar - fish roe - ranges from golden yellow to red,.
Cook fettuccine as directed in recipe or on package; drain.
Heat remaining ingredients except caviar over low heat, stirring constantly, just until hot.
Toss with hot fettuccine.
Spoon caviar on top.
