| RECIPE FOR BARBECUED ROAST BEEF SANDWICHES |

Ingredients:
| 1.00 | | Pound thinly sliced cooked r | | | Beef,cut into 1-inch strip | | | (about 3 cups) | | 6.00 | | Hamburger buns, split | | | Tangy barbecue sauce | | 0.50 | c | Ketchup | | 0.25 | c | Vinegar | | 2.00 | tb | Chopped onion | | 1.00 | tb | Worcestershire sauce | | 2.00 | ts | Packed brown sugar | | 0.25 | ts | Dry mustard | | 1.00 | | Cl Garlic, crushed |
Instructions: Prepare Tangy Barbecue Sauce.
Heat all ingredients to boiling in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly; reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir beef into sauce.
Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until beef is hot.
Fill buns with beef mixture.
6 SANDWICHES; 375 CALORIES PER SANDWICH.
To Microwave: Mix sauce ingredients in 4-cup microwavable measure.
Microwave uncovered on high 4 to 6 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, until sauce is slightly thickened.
Stir beef into sauce.
Cover tightly and microwave on high 5 to 7 minutes or until beef is hot.
