Ingredients:
| 2.00 | lb | Fryer cut in pieces | | 0.75 | c | Oyster flavored sauce | | 4.00 | tb | Soy sauce | | 2.00 | | Cloves garlic sliced | | 1.00 | | Small fresh ginger chopped | | 1.00 | c | Chicken stock |
Instructions: Combine all ingredients and mix thouroughly.
Add chicken to sauce and marinade for 3 hours or more.
Remove chicken pieces and place under broiler for 25 minutes each side, brushing chicken with sauce to keep moist.
Serve with rice.
