| RECIPE FOR CHINESE CHICKEN LIVERS |

Ingredients:
| 1.00 | lb | Chicken livers | | 2.00 | tb | Honey | | 1.00 | tb | Soy sauce | | 1.00 | tb | White wine | | 0.25 | c | Vegetable oil | | 1.00 | | Or 2 cloves minced garlic |
Instructions: Wash chicken livers and pat dry.
Combine other ingredients, adding oil last.
Marinate livers in the honey mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
I usally turn the livers about half way.
