| RECIPE FOR MACAROON BAVARIAN |
Title: Macaroon Bavarian Serves: 8
Ingredients:
| 2.00 | c | Milk, scalded | | 1.00 | pk | Sweetened cherry flavored | | | gelatin | | 0.12 | ts | Salt | | 1.00 | c | Whipping cream | | 1.00 | c | Crushed macaroons | | 0.25 | c | Chopped maraschino cherries |
Instructions: Dissolve gelatin in milk.
Add cherries, salt, and macaroons.
Mix thoroughly.
Cool until partially set.
Fold in stiffly whipped cream.
Pour into mold.
Chill until firm.
8 servings.
