| RECIPE FOR JACK-O-LANTERN FROSTING |
Title: Jack-O-Lantern Frosting

Ingredients:
| 1.00 | | Egg white | | 0.75 | c | Sugar | | 0.25 | ts | Cream of tartar | | 0.25 | c | Orange juice | | 0.50 | ts | Vanilla | | | Yellow and red food coloring |
Instructions:
Place all ingredients except food coloring, into top of double boiler.
Beat over simmering water with electric mixer 5-7 minutes or until mixture stands in peaks.
Tint frosting orange by using several drops of yellow and red food coloring.
(Variation of 7 minutes frosting)
