| RECIPE FOR ICE CREAM |
Title: Ice Cream Serves: 1
Ingredients:
| 3.00 | qt | Milk; whole | | 1.00 | qt | Cream | | 2.00 | ea | Eggs | | 1.00 | oz | Gelatine; unflavored | | 2.50 | c | Sugar | | 2.00 | ts | Vanilla |
Instructions: Put gelatine into bowl, add enough milk to dissolve.
Beat eggs thoroughly, add sugar and milk enough to dissolve sugar.
Add to remainder of milk and cream and place on stove.
Stir until milk is heated but do not boil.
Remove from fire, add gelatine and flavoring.
Allow mixture to cool before freezing.
