| RECIPE FOR DUCK SAUCE |
Title: Duck Sauce Category: Sauces Serves: 1
Ingredients:
| 0.50 | c | Peach or apricot preserves | | 0.25 | c | White vinegar | | 1.00 | tb | Grated ginger | | 0.33 | c | Finely chopped scallions |
Instructions: Combine the preserves, vinegar & ginger & heat to a simmer.
Simmer gently, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat & stir in the chopped scallions.
Will keep refrigerated for 2 weeks or so.
