| RECIPE FOR BANANA BONANZA ICE CREAM |
Title: Banana Bonanza Ice Cream

Ingredients:
| --------- | PATTI --------- | | 2.00 | c | Milk | | 2.00 | c | Whipping cream | | 2.00 | | Eggs; beaten | | 1.25 | c | Sugar | | 2.00 | md | Bananas, extra ripe; peeled | | 0.50 | ts | Vanilla | | 0.25 | ts | Salt | | 0.12 | ts | Ground nutmeg |
Instructions:
In saucepan, combine milk, cream, eggs, and sugar.
Cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens slightly and coats the back of a spoon.
Cool to room temperature.
Puree bananas in blender ( 1 cup).
Combine cooled custard, bananas, vanilla, salt and nutmeg.
Pour into freezer container.
Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
