| RECIPE FOR DELUXE SALMON SPREAD |
Title: Deluxe Salmon Spread
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
| 1.00 | lb | Cooked canned salmon | | 1.00 | c | Mayonnaise | | 2.00 | tb | Green pepper (diced) | | 2.00 | tb | Pimento diced | | 2.00 | ts | Lemon juice | | 1.00 | ts | Tarragon vinegar | | 1.00 | ts | Horseradish | | 1.00 | ts | Chopped dried dill |
Instructions:
Put mayonnaise, pepper and pimento into blender on low until smooth.
Turn into bowl with rest of ingredients.
Mix well.
Chill.
Serve with brown bread.
