Title: Cumcumber Dill Dip
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
| 8.00 | oz | Cream cheese, softened | | 1.00 | c | Mayonnaise | | 2.00 | | Cucumbers, seeded, chopped | | 2.00 | tb | Sliced green onion | | 1.00 | tb | Lemon juice | | 2.00 | ts | Snipped fresh dill | | 0.50 | ts | Hot pepper sauce |
Instructions:
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed.
Cover; chill.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
