| RECIPE FOR CREAMY SPINACH DIP |
Title: Creamy Spinach Dip
Serves: 5
Ingredients:
| 8.00 | oz | Dairy sour cream | | 1.00 | c | Mayonnaise | | 0.50 | ts | Celery salt | | 0.50 | ts | Dill weed | | 0.25 | ts | Onion salt | | 0.25 | c | Onions; chopped green | | 3.00 | c | Frozen leaf spinach thawed | | | and well drained | | 8.00 | oz | Water chestnuts drained and | | | finely chopped | | 3.00 | tb | Pepper; chopped red bell | | | if desired |
Instructions:
In medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and seasonings.
Stir in onions, spinach, water chestnuts, and red pepper.
Cover; refrigerate to blend flavors.
Serve with crisp vegetable dippers, assorted crackers or bread.
