| RECIPE FOR APPLE BREAD |
Title: Apple Bread
Serves: 12
Ingredients:
| 4.00 | c | Flour | | 2.00 | ts | Baking Soda | | 1.00 | ts | Salt | | 2.00 | ts | Cinnamon | | 2.00 | c | Sugar | | 4.00 | x | Eggs, Beaten | | 1.00 | c | Vegetable Oil | | 0.25 | c | Sour Cream | | 2.00 | ts | Vanilla | | 2.00 | c | Chopped Apples | | 1.00 | c | Chopped Nuts |
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Set aside.
Combine sugar, eggs, oil, sour cream and vanilla; beat well.
Blend into flour mixture.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour or until loaves test done.
