Ingredients:
| 1.00 | lb | Ground Beef | | 0.33 | c | Bread Crumbs; Dry | | 0.50 | c | Water | | 1.00 | ts | Instant Beef Bouillon | | 1.00 | ts | Lemon Peel; Grated | | 1.00 | ts | Lemon Juice | | 0.50 | ts | Salt | | 0.50 | ts | Sage | | 0.50 | ts | Ginger; Ground | | 0.25 | ts | Pepper | | 2.00 | dr | Hot Pepper Sauce; Optional |
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Shape mixture into 4 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick.
Broil or grill patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, to the desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes.
