| RECIPE FOR VEAL LOAF |

Ingredients:
| 3.00 | lb | Veal, lean, ground | | 1.00 | ea | Egg, well beaten | | 2.00 | tb | Butter, melted | | 0.12 | ts | Pepper | | 0.12 | ts | Nutmeg | | 0.75 | c | Bread crumbs | | 1.00 | tb | Parsley, chopped | | 1.00 | ts | Salt | | 1.00 | tb | Onion, chopped | | 0.50 | c | Stock |
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together and moisten with the stock.
Pack into a greased loaf pan.
Dot with butter or other shortening and bake at 350-F for 1 hour.
Serve hot or cold as desired.
