Ingredients:
1.00lbLamb boneless cubed 1"
3.00eaCarrots julliened
2.00eaOnions cut to strips 1/4"
wide and 2" long
0.25cPeanut oil
6.00cCold water
3.00cRice uncooked
1.00tBlack pepper fresh ground
1.00TSalt
1.00eaGarlic clove minced
0.25cRaisins
0.25cChick peas

Instructions:
Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet over High heat.
Drop in the lamb cubes and fry them 6-7 minutes.
