RECIPE FOR SAUSAGE IN CORN BREAD
Title: Sausage In Corn Bread

Ingredients:
1.00Pound pork sausage links
Corn bread
0.50cShredded process sharp
American cheese (2 ounces)
3.00mdGreen onions (with tops),
Chopped (about 1/4 cup)
---------SALSA ---------
2.00cPrepared salsa
0.50cSour cream

Instructions:
Sausage in Corn Bread with Salsa-Sour Cream Sauce.
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook sausages in 10-inch ovenproof skillet as directed on package; drain.
Prepare Corn Bread--except use skillet and stir in cheese and onions.
Pour batter into skillet.
Arrange sausages in spoke fashion on top.
Bake about 20 minutes or until corn bread is golden brown.
Serve in wedges with Salsa-Sour Cream Sauce.
6 TO 8 SERVINGS; 455 CALORIES PER SERVING.
SALSA-SOUR CREAM SAUCE: Mix all ingredients in 1-quart saucepan.
Heat over medium heat until hot.
