| RECIPE FOR CRAB MEAT AU GRATIN |

Ingredients:
| 1.00 | ea | Stick of butter | | 1.00 | ea | Bunch of green onions (chop) | | 1.00 | cn | Evaporated milk | | 0.50 | lb | Swiss cheese (five slices) | | 4.00 | T | Dry white wine | | 1.00 | lb | Crab meat |
Instructions: Saute green onions in butter till soft.
Add flour.
Blend together and begin adding cream gradually until sauce is smooth.
Add cheese, wine and seasonings (salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste).
Fold in crab meat very gently.
