| RECIPE FOR MUSTARD AND WINE MARINATED LAMB CHOPS |
Title: Mustard And Wine Marinated Lamb Chops Serves: 4
Ingredients:
| 4.00 | | Sirloin lamb chops 1" thick | | 3.00 | tb | Stone ground mustard | | 1.00 | c | Red wine | | 1.00 | ts | Salt | | 0.25 | ts | Pepper |
Instructions: Rub both sides of chops with mustard.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover with wine and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Rub again with mustard just before broiling or pan-frying to desired doneness.
