| RECIPE FOR LAMB BULGOGI |

Ingredients:
| 6.00 | | Green onions | | 1.00 | | 2-inch piece fresh ginger | | | root, finely chopped | | | 1 or 2 chili peppers, | | | crushed | | 0.50 | c | Soy sauce | | 6.00 | tb | Honey | | 4.00 | tb | Sesame oil | | 0.25 | c | Toasted sesame seeds | | 3.00 | | Cloves garlic, minced | | 1.00 | | Leg of lamb |
Instructions: Prepare the marinade in a bowl by combining onions, ginger root, chili peppers, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, sesame seeds and garlic.
Marinate the leg of lamb (have the butcher butterfly it) overnight in a large zip bag, turning several times.
Heat the grill to glowing hot and grill lamb for about 20 minutes per side.
Brush with marinade while cooking.
Remove from grill and let set for a few minutes.
Carve on the diagonal into slices and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
Serves 8.
