| RECIPE FOR CROCKPOT BARBECUED TURKEY LEGS |
Title: Crockpot Barbecued Turkey Legs Serves: 4
Ingredients:
| 4.00 | | Turkey drumsticks | | 2.00 | tb | Worcestershire sauce | | | Salt and pepper | | 0.25 | c | Molasses | | 0.50 | ts | Hickory smoke | | 0.25 | c | Vinegar | | 0.25 | c | Catsup | | 1.00 | tb | Instant minced onion |
Instructions: Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper.
Place in a crock-pot.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over the turkey.
Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours.
If the turkey legs are small, serve one thigh or one drumstick per person; if large, slice off the meat and serve with sauce.
