| RECIPE FOR BEEF AND MUSHROOM ROLL |

Ingredients:
| 1.00 | lb | Ground beef | | 1.00 | c | Mushrooms | | 1.00 | | Onion; chopped | | 1.00 | | Clove garlic; chopped | | | Parsley; chopped - to taste | | 1.00 | | Celery; chopped | | 1.00 | | Green pepper; chopped | | 1.00 | c | Crescent rolls; or see below | | --------- | CRUST R --------- | | 1.00 | ts | Salt | | 2.00 | ts | Baking powder | | 0.50 | ts | Poultry seasoning | | 2.00 | c | Flour |
Instructions: Pastry: Place the ground beef in a skillet.
Cook, stiring with a fork until brown.
Add salt, pepper, mushrooms, onion, garlic, parsley, celety, green pepper.
Blend well and simmer with 1/3 cup water for about 10 minutes.
Cool.
Make dough or get rolls ready.
Roll out pans for a jelly roll, place meat on 1/3 and roll, pinch end edges together.
Place on greased shallow pan and brush with milk.
Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
