Ingredients:
| 0.25 | lb | Kasseri cheese | | 4.00 | tb | Butter | | 0.50 | | Lemon, juice of |
Instructions: This is also known as Kasseri Tiganismeno, squares of this buttery cheese fried in butter.
Cut the cheese in 1/4 inch slices, cut in squares, and fry in hot butter until golden.
Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
