| RECIPE FOR BRUNCH EGGS |

Ingredients:
| 8.00 | | Slices bread,cubed | | 0.50 | lb | Cheddar cheese,cubed | | 1.00 | lb | Bacon,crisp fried, | | | Crumbled | | 1.00 | cn | (4 oz) mushrooms, optional | | 3.00 | | Eggs, beaten with: | | 2.00 | c | Milk | | 0.50 | ts | Salt | | 0.50 | ts | Dried mustard | | | Dash pepper | | | Dash paprika |
Instructions: In casserole dish,layer bread,cheese and bacon.
Beat others and pour over top.
If using mushrooms,drain and pour over top.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
* Best if left in refrigerator overnight and baked in the morning.
