| RECIPE FOR BROILED DEVILED TOMATOES |
Title: Broiled Deviled Tomatoes Serves: 4
Ingredients:
| 4.00 | | Garlic cloves mashed | | 1.00 | tb | Dijon mustard | | 0.50 | ts | Dry mustard | | 1.00 | | Salt and pepper to taste | | 2.00 | tb | Virgin olive oil | | 4.00 | | Small tomatoes, halved |
Instructions: In bowl, combine garlic, dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
Add oil, drop by drop, whisking till smooth.
Place tomatoes in buttered baking dish and spread with mustard mixture.
Broil tomatoes 3 inches from heat for 1 minute or till tops are bubbly and golden.
