| RECIPE FOR SWEDISH CHEESE CUSTARD |
Title: Swedish Cheese Custard

Ingredients:
| 2.00 | c | Milk | | 2.00 | ea | Eggs, well beaten | | | Salt | | ds | Paprika | | 1.00 | c | Cheese, grated |
Instructions:
Add milk and beaten eggs and mix well.
Add salt, Paprika, and cheese.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into well oiled mold.
cover with paper and place in a pan of hot water.
Bake in 350 F.
oven until set.
Chill, unmould, and serve over lettuce with desired dressing.
