Ingredients:
| 1.00 | | Garlic clove; halved | | 1.00 | | Lettuce head; torn into | | | - bite-sized pieces | | 0.50 | c | Celery; chopped | | 3.00 | | Tomatoes; cut into wedges | | 1.00 | sm | Onion (or scallion) | | 0.50 | | Green pepper; sliced | | 6.00 | | Radishes; sliced | | | Salt | | | Pepper | | 1.00 | ts | Oregano | | 0.25 | c | Olive oil | | 3.00 | tb | Vinegar | | | Ripe olives (garnish) | | | Anchovies (garnish) | | | Feta cheese (garnish) |
Instructions:
Rub wooden salad bowl with clove of garlic.
Wash and prepare vegetables; combine in bowl.
Add seasonings, oil and vinegar; toss.
Add garnishes.
