| RECIPE FOR ROASTING CORN |
Title: Roasting Corn Category: Barbecue Side Dishes Serves: 8
Ingredients:
| 8.00 | ea | Corn; fresh, husks left int | | 1.00 | x | Water for moistening husks | | 1.00 | ea | Butter or margarine | | 2.00 | ea | Limes; juice of | | 0.50 | t | Salt | | 0.12 | t | Chile powder to taste |
Instructions: Prepare a medium hot fire (the same as cooking steaks).
Dampen the husks and, if desired, wrap in foil.
Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning to roast both sides.
When ready to serve, remove husks and coat with butter, lime juice, salt and chile powder to taste.
Serves 8.
