| RECIPE FOR RADISH AND ORANGE SALAD |
Title: Radish And Orange Salad Category: Diabetic Fruits Side Dishes Serves: 4
Ingredients:
| 12.00 | oz | Radishes; trimmed | | 2.00 | tb | Sugar or sugar sub: | | 2.00 | tb | Lemon juice; | | 1.00 | tb | Orange flower water;? | | | Salt; | | 2.00 | | Navel oranges; |
Instructions: Shred radishes in a food processor or ""grate" with a blender.
Allow excess liquid to drain of and add salt to taste.
Chill.
Peel and slice oranges.
Just before serving.
Arrange all together and dust with cinnamon.
