| RECIPE FOR JAMAICAN HOLIDAY |

Ingredients:
| 2.00 | lg | Oranges | | 2.00 | lg | Lemons | | 4.00 | oz | Castor sugar | | 0.12 | pt | Water | | 0.50 | pt | Rum | | 1.00 | lg | Bottle of Rose wine |
Instructions: Peel long, thin rinds from the fruit.
Squeeze the juice from all fruits and strain into a saucepan.
Add the water and sugar and stir well.
Bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes, until syrup is reduced by half.
Cool thoroughly and then pour into a punch bowl.
Add the wine, rum and fruit rinds.
Stir well and serve.
