| RECIPE FOR CUBAN BEANS AND RICE |

Ingredients:
| --------- | HABICHUELAS Y ARROZ CUBANO --------- | | 2.00 | tb | Olive oil | | 1.00 | | Glove garlic | | 1.00 | | Green pepper, chopped | | 2.00 | c | Black beans, cooked | | 0.25 | ts | Oregano | | 1.00 | tb | White vinegar | | 2.00 | | Pimientos, minced | | | Salt | | | Pepper | | 3.00 | c | Rice, cooked |
Instructions: Heat the oil in a skillet, add the green pepper and garlic and saute' for about 3 minutes.
Stir in beans, oregano, vinegar, and pimientos.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
REduce the heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Spoon over cooked rice and serve.
