Title: Eggnog Cheesecake - Canadian Living
|1.00||c||Graham cracker crumbs|
|2.00||T||Rum (or 2 T orange juice|
|And 1 t rum extract)|
Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Bake in 325 F (160 C) oven for 10 minutes.
Let cool on rack.
Filling: Beat together cheese, sugar, cream and flour until smooth; beat in eggs, rum and nutmeg.
Pour into crust and bake in 425 F (220 C) oven for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat and bake in 250 F (120 C) oven for 45 minutes or until centre is barely firm to the touch.
Loosen cake from rim; let cool before removing sides.
Garnish with chocolate cutouts and candies.
