| RECIPE FOR DAIRY FREE FETTUCCINE ALFREDO |

Ingredients:
| 1.50 | tb | Olive oil | | 2.00 | ea | Garlic cloves, minced | | 0.75 | c | Plain soy milk | | 2.00 | ts | All-purpose flour | | 3.00 | tb | Nutritional yeast | | 1.00 | pn | Nutmeg | | 3.00 | c | Fettuccine noodles, cooked | | | Parsley, for garnish |
Instructions: Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet & lightly saute the garlic until it is fragrant.
Stir in the flour & continue to stir for 1 minute.
Slowly pour in the milk & continue to stir until the sauce is smooth.
Continue to stir until the sauce begins to thicken.
Turn of the heat & stir in the nutritional yeast.
Sprinkle with nutmeg & serve over cooked noodles.
Serve immediately.
