| RECIPE FOR CRANBERRY BROILED HAM - SL 12-88 |
Title: Cranberry Broiled Ham - Sl 12-88 Category: Entree Pork Southern Holidays Check Serves: 6
Ingredients:
| 8.00 | oz | Can jellied cranberry sauce | | 2.50 | tb | Commercial steak sauce | | 1.50 | ts | Brown sugar | | 1.50 | ts | Vegetable oil | | 1.00 | ts | Prepared oil | | 1.00 | ts | Prepared mustard | | 1.00 | ea | 1-inch-thick fully-cooked | | | -ham slice (about 2 pounds) |
Instructions: Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well.
Trim excess fat from ham slice.
Place ham in a lightly greased 13"" x 9" x 2" pan; broil 5 to 6 inches from heat 15 minutes.
Turn ham, and spoon cranberry sauce mixture on top.
Broil 15 more minutes.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
