RECIPE FOR CRANBERRY BROILED HAM - SL 12-88
Title: Cranberry Broiled Ham - Sl 12-88

Serves: 6

Ingredients:
8.00ozCan jellied cranberry sauce
2.50tbCommercial steak sauce
1.50tsBrown sugar
1.50tsVegetable oil
1.00tsPrepared oil
1.00tsPrepared mustard
1.00ea1-inch-thick fully-cooked
-ham slice (about 2 pounds)

Instructions:
Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well.
Trim excess fat from ham slice.
Place ham in a lightly greased 13"" x 9" x 2" pan; broil 5 to 6 inches from heat 15 minutes.
Turn ham, and spoon cranberry sauce mixture on top.
Broil 15 more minutes.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
