Ingredients:
| 4.00 | c | All-purpose flour* | | 4.00 | c | Yellow commeal | | 1.75 | c | Nonfat dry milk | | 0.33 | c | Baking powder | | 2.00 | ts | Salt | | 1.75 | c | Shortening |
Instructions:
Mix flour, cornmeal, dry milk, baking powder and salt.
Cut in shortening completely.
Refrigerate in airtight container up to 1 month.
12 cups mix.
*lf using self-rising flour, reduce baking powder to 2 tablespoons plus 1 1/2 teaspoons and omit salt.
