RECIPE FOR TURKEY SLOPPY JOES
Title: Turkey Sloppy Joes

Ingredients:
1.00lbGround turkey
1.00Onion; chopped
1.00Celery stalk; thinly sliced
1.00clGarlic; minced
1.00cKetchup
1.00Carrot; grated or shredded
1.00TVinegar
2.00tSugar
0.50tThyme leaves; dried
0.25tBlack pepper
0.12tMustard; dry
3.00drHot pepper sauce
5.00Hamburger buns

Instructions:
In a very large saucepan, combine the turkey, onions, celery and garlic.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes, or until the turkey has changed color and the onions are soft.
Add the ketchup, carrots, vinegar, sugar, thyme, pepper, mustard and hot pepper sauce.
Stir to mix well.
Bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the flavors are well blended.
Serve in the buns.
